Our FREE standard delivery gets your order to your door (or into your hallway!) across 95% of the UK*. We dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days—sometimes a little bit longer if shipped from a third-party warehouse or if highlighted on the product page. Occasionally shipments may arrive in two consignments if items are stored at different locations.

Delivery Exemption Zones & Surcharges
Unfortunately we can’t deliver to offshore areas due to product size and logistical constraints. Deliveries to northern Scotland (above the central belt) may incur a surcharge—calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas may also take longer than the estimated days shown for standard delivery.
