
Standard Delivery (FREE)
We offer FREE standard delivery to 95% of the UK*, bringing your order straight to your door or hallway.
For made-to-order items, carefully crafted in our OAT workshop, delivery typically takes 10-14 working days. For stocked items, delivery will usually take 3–5 working days—sometimes slightly longer if shipped from our third-party warehouse. If ordering more than one item, they could arrive in two consignments if they are located at different warehouses.
You'll receive an email or text from our delivery partner once they have your item and will arrange delivery with you directly. (Make sure to provide the correct mobile number and email at checkout!)
Room of Choice Delivery
Need your order placed in a specific room? Choose the Room of Choice Delivery option at checkout! Our delivery team will bring your items right where you need them—perfect for bulkier products or if lifting isn’t an option.
Please note:
- Assembly is not included.
- Removal of packaging or old furniture is not included.
- Covers rooms up to the third floor (including flats).
Delivery Exemption Zones
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to offshore areas due to size and logistics. Deliveries to Northern Scotland (above the central belt) will incur a surcharge, (product depending) calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas will also take slightly longer than the estimated days shown.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for stocked items, sometimes slightly longer if being held at one of our different warehouses, this is usually flagged on the product page. Products such as our handmade OAT Beds & mattresses are usually 10-14 working days.

Due to the bulky / heavy nature of the products we sell and the higher costs associated with delivering these offshore, unfortunately we don't offer this service. If you can arrange for your own courier to collect then this can be arranged.

No, assembly isn’t included, but most items come with simple to follow instructions & I designed for easy self-assembly.

We aim to always keep you updated on your orders progress via email or text if there’s a delay. Don't hesitate to contact us if you feel you've not had any communication.

You’ll receive tracking details via email / text once your order has been dispatched directly from our delivery partner. Once you've confirmed a delivery date, you'll receive a 3 hour time slot for the day of delivery and also have the ability to follow your order via live tracking once enroute!

Our delivery partner operates to certain areas 6 days a week. This can be discussed directly with them when arranging the delivery. There maybe a further charge for this service.

For health and safety reasons we are unable to take away old or unwanted furniture. However there are companies that specialise in this service such as Clearabee or enquire via your local council.

Please note for deliveries to flats/apartments, unfortunately our delivery partner is only authorised to take items to the front of the building & therefore cannot take items up stairs/lifts to your specific flat. Our Room of Choice service can deliver up to the 3rd floor, which includes flats. If you have any queries around this then please contact us before placing an order.

This is not a service that we currently provide. We also strongly recommend that packaging or old furniture / beds are not disposed of until your completely happy with your item, to avoid any potential issues if needing to return items.
