Our FREE standard delivery gets your made-to-order item into your hallway across 95% of the UK*. Since our products are crafted just for you in our OAT workshop, delivery typically takes 10-14 working days, but occasionally, there may be a slight delay due to the careful manufacturing process.
You'll receive an email or text from our delivery partner once they have your item, and they’ll arrange the delivery with you directly. (Please ensure to provide a mobile number & correct email address when checking out).
Room of Choice Delivery
Likely to need a hand? Choose Room of Choice Delivery at checkout! Same great service, but we’ll take your order right into the room you need. Highly recommended for these bulkier items or if lifting isn’t an option.

Delivery Exemption Zones & Surcharges
Due to product size and logistical constraints, we can’t deliver to Offshore areas. Deliveries to northern Scotland (above the central belt) may incur a surcharge—calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas may also take longer than the estimated days shown for standard delivery.
