Standard Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery to 95% of the UK*, bringing your order straight to your door or into your hallway. (Ground Floor Only).

For stocked items, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Delivery will usually take place within 3–5 working days—sometimes slightly longer depending on your locality. Made to order deliveries will take longer than this. Please note the ETA shown on the product listing at the time of ordering as guidance.

You'll receive an email or text from our delivery partner once they have your item and they will arrange delivery with you directly. (Please make sure to provide the correct mobile number and email at checkout!)

Room of Choice Delivery

Need your order placed in a specific room? Choose the Room of Choice Delivery option at checkout! Our delivery team will bring your items right where you need them—perfect for bulkier products or if lifting isn’t an option. (The large majority of our products are flat packed into a number of boxes and designed to be easy to handle so this option isn't a requirement).

Please note:

• Assembly is not included.
• Removal of packaging or old furniture is not included.
• Covers rooms up to the third floor (including flats).

*Delivery Exemption Zones

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to offshore areas and more remote parts of the Scottish Highlands due to size, cost and logistics. Deliveries to Northern Scotland (above the central belt) will incur a surcharge, (product depending) calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas will also take slightly longer than the estimated days shown.
